GEORGE BUSH Airport (IAH)

Houston Intercontinental is the city’s largest airport and offers the most flight service. Located approximately 23 miles north of Downtown Houston, you’ll find nearly every airline flys to IAH, with the notable exception of Southwest.

william p. hobby Airport (HOU)

Houston Hobby is primarily a Southwest destination, however there are a small number of flights from Delta, JetBlue and American Airlines. Located approximately 7 miles south of Downtown Houston.

 FAQs

  • You can RSVP on this very website--just click the link below or at the top of the screen. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by October 3, 2022.

  • Although we love your little ones, our wedding reception will be an adult-only affair.

  • We encourage men to wear tuxedos. For those who prefer not to, we recommend a dark suit with a shirt and tie.

    We encourage women to wear floor-length gowns. Dressy cocktail dresses are recommended if gowns are not preferred.

  • Average High and Low Temperature in October in Houston

  • The ceremony will start promptly at 7:00pm (CST). You are welcome to come into the church as early as 6:30pm. We recommend you arrive by then in order to give you time to find a seat.

  • Cocktail hour will begin at the reception venue at 8:15pm (CST) where there will be appetizers and drinks. Dinner will begin at 8:45pm (CST).

  • Give Dave Galloway a big high-five when you see him. He’s picking up the bar tab for the evening.

  • If you’re from out of town …
    Since the majority of our out-of-town guests are staying at Hotel Icon, transportation will be provided to the Church ceremony for all Hotel Icon guests.

    Wedding guest shuttles will depart from Hotel Icon at 6:15pm, and then again at 6:30pm.

    If you’re from out of town, but not staying at Hotel Icon…
    We will not be providing transportation from any other hotels to the wedding ceremony. We recommend checking with your hotel to see if they include a complimentary shuttle service, or booking a ride with Uber or Lyft.

  • Parking is available at both the ceremony and the reception.

    Parking at Holy Rosary Church:
    There is a free parking lot directly across the street from the main entrance of Holy Rosary (on Milam street).

    Parking at The Corinthian:
    Valet parking attendants will be onsite at our reception venue, The Corinthian. The valet entrance is on Franklin and Main streets.

    Street, metered, and garage parking is also available on the surrounding streets. Click here to search for self-park options.

  • For those who do not have their own transportation…
    We will provide shuttle service from Holy Rosary Church to The Corinthian. Shuttles will be located in front of the main entrance of the Church, and will depart immediately following the wedding ceremony.
